Everything on this site — including statutory summaries, the buyback calculator, deadline explanations, and manufacturer information — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Laws change, and how a statute applies to your specific facts requires individual analysis that this site does not perform.

Using this site, reading its content, or submitting the case-evaluation form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and CA Lemon Law Guide, its operators, or any attorney listed on this site — unless and until you separately retain that attorney directly, on terms they provide to you.
