This policy explains what information CA Lemon Law Guide (“this site,” “we,” “us”) collects and how it’s used.
Information we collect
Case-evaluation form. If you submit our case-evaluation form, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, vehicle information (make, model, year, VIN if provided), and a summary of your repair history.
Automatic data. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site — through analytics tools.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
- To route your case-evaluation submission to one participating attorney or firm serving your area, so they may contact you.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the site.
- To respond if you contact us directly.
Who we share it with
- Case-evaluation submissions are shared with one participating attorney or law firm per inquiry — not broadcast to multiple firms, and not sold to marketing lists.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We may share aggregated, non-identifying data (e.g., traffic statistics) with advertising partners.
TCPA / contact consent
By submitting the case-evaluation form, you consent to be contacted by the participating firm your inquiry is routed to, by phone, text message, or email, regarding your potential case — including via automated dialing or messaging systems. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of using the rest of this site; it applies only if you submit the form.
How long we keep it
Case-evaluation submissions are retained for 90 days from submission, after which they are deleted from our systems, unless you’ve engaged directly with a participating attorney (in which case that attorney’s own retention practices apply — not ours).
Your choices
You may ask us to delete information you submitted through the case-evaluation form by emailing privacy@calemonlawguide.com. We will remove it from our systems, though we cannot remove information already shared with a participating attorney before your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use standard analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These do not identify you personally.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last reviewed” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
