How this site makes money

Some attorneys and law firms pay us a flat advertising fee to appear in the “Sponsored attorney listings” sections of our city pages. Where we operate a case-evaluation form, a participating firm may also pay us a flat fee per inquiry routed to them.

We do not receive a percentage of any settlement, judgment, or fee earned by any attorney. We do not take a cut of your case. Payment to us, where it exists, is a fixed advertising or referral-inquiry fee, unrelated to the outcome of your matter.

What “Sponsored” means

A listing marked “Sponsored” is a paid advertisement. It is not:

• A recommendation, endorsement, or rating by this site.
• A statement that the listed attorney is the “best,” most qualified, or best suited to your case.
• The result of us evaluating, vetting, or comparing attorneys against each other.

We do not select which firm is best for your situation. Where multiple sponsored listings appear on a page, you choose which firm (if any) to contact.

How the case-evaluation form works

If you submit the case-evaluation form, the information you provide may be shared with one participating attorney or firm serving your area, so that they can contact you about a potential free consultation. We do not act as your legal representative, and submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and this site or any attorney.

You are not required to use the case-evaluation form or contact any sponsored attorney to make use of the informational content on this site.

No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this site, including a sponsored listing or a response to the case-evaluation form, is a guarantee of any particular result, recovery, or acceptance of your case by any attorney.
